Nestled at 1,000 meters above sea level on the eastern slopes of Mount Canobolas, Word of Mouth Wines offers a unique tasting experience in a relaxed, dog-friendly cellar door. The vineyard specializes in both traditional and alternative grape varieties, including Pinot Gris, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gruner Veltliner, Mencia, and Petit Manseng. Employing sustainable, minimal-intervention winemaking practices, all wines are vegan-friendly. The cellar door, open Friday to Monday from 11 am to 5 pm, is adjacent to a working pottery studio and features an exhibition space showcasing contemporary art, photography, and ceramics.
