Woorabinda Indigenous Knowledge Centre

The Woorabinda Indigenous Knowledge Centre, located at 122 Carbine Street, serves as a hub for research, reading, and relaxation. As one of 25 Indigenous Knowledge Centres across Queensland, it offers access to a diverse range of books, records, and study materials, including specific Indigenous knowledge resources. The centre provides free internet access and hosts community events, such as live webinars and guest speakers focused on language learning. Additionally, it supports the Woorabinda Arts Group, welcoming individuals passionate about art to join and stay socially connected.
