Women's Business 2nd Chance Hub - Real Futures

The Women's Business: Second Chance Hub in Rooty Hill offers a culturally safe, women-only space dedicated to empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women. Established in March 2020, the hub provides tailored educational and vocational training, including life skills workshops, bridging courses, and job readiness programs. Participants also receive support for childcare, business development, and health and wellbeing. With over 600 women registered, the hub addresses barriers such as housing, finances, transportation, health, and caregiving responsibilities, aiming to create meaningful and lasting opportunities for First Nations women.
