They craft award-winning mead from their own honey, along with hand-crushed apple cider, craft-brewed soft drinks, and honey beer. The licensed café serves light meals featuring regional, free-range produce, complemented by in-house made sweets and fair trade organic coffee. The on-site gift shop showcases handmade ceramics, beeswax candles, quilts, stained glass ornaments, and, of course, honey. Additionally, Bindaree Bee Supplies, established in 1979, provides beekeeping equipment and supplies.
