Established in 1997 by Jane and Benjamin Baker, the winery specializes in handcrafted wines made from hand-picked grapes grown on-site. The vineyard thrives in the Pyrenees Ranges, where sparse soil over shattered sandstone creates ideal conditions for exceptional Shiraz. In winter, guests can enjoy mulled wine made with Smoking Bishop syrup, and the winery's sparkling Shiraz Rosé is a must-try. Additionally, Wimmera Hills Winery is home to Mrs. Baker's Still House, distilling award-winning whisky, gin, and liqueurs. The cellar door is open for tastings on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am to 4 pm, with bookings essential.
