Whyalla Barson, established in 2011, is a suburb on the northern side of Whyalla, South Australia. It encompasses the Whyalla Conservation Park, a 19.71 km² protected area known for its Western myall/chenopod woodland. The suburb also includes the Whyalla Steelworks and associated port infrastructure, operated by Arrium as of 2015. The Lincoln Highway passes through Whyalla Barson, connecting it to the city of Whyalla.
