Whistling Eagle Vineyard, established in 1995, is nestled atop the Greenstone Range near Colbinabbin in Victoria's Heathcote region. The vineyard spans 50 hectares of ancient Cambrian soils, renowned for their excellent water retention, allowing vines to thrive with minimal irrigation. The diverse grape varieties include Shiraz, Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Nebbiolo, and more. The vineyard's commitment to sustainability is evident through its membership in the AWRI Sustainable Winegrowing Australia program, aiming for certification before the 2025–26 vintage. Visitors can enjoy intimate, personalized wine-tasting experiences by appointment.
