Washpool Lodge, established in 1991, is a premier thoroughbred facility located in Aratula, Queensland. Spanning 360 acres of fertile river flats and undulating hills, it has been home to elite champions like Melbourne Cup winner 'Shocking' and the renowned 'Black Caviar'. The lodge offers over 100 stables across four main barns, including wash bays, tie-ups, feed, and tack rooms. Additional amenities include 80 stabled spelling paddocks, 20 five-acre paddocks with shelters, an AquaTrainer Water Walker, multiple horse walkers, a 1,000-meter sand training track, and two Olympic-sized arenas. Its strategic location on the Cunningham Highway provides direct access to Brisbane, Sydney, and the Gold Coast.
