Warramboo is a rural locality on South Australia's Eyre Peninsula, approximately 334 km northwest of Adelaide and 26 km southeast of Wudinna. Established in 1917, it serves as the terminus for wheat haulage lines from Port Lincoln, with its grain silos being a notable landmark. The community, primarily engaged in agriculture, has a population of around 96 residents. Amenities are limited, with no shops or petrol stations; however, the local post office continues to serve the community. A significant historical windmill, once among the largest in the southern hemisphere, stands about 10 km west of the township. The area is also home to the Cocata Conservation Park, a protected area established in 2009.
