The Warracknabeal Town Hall, constructed in 1939-40, is a notable example of Moderne architecture in rural Victoria. Designed by the Melbourne firm Seabrook and Fildes, the building features an asymmetrical composition with two large volumes and a prominent corner clock tower marking the main entrance. The facade is distinguished by three vertical strips of deeply recessed windows, creating a dynamic interplay between solid and void. Originally incorporating a cinema, the Regent Theatre, the hall continues to serve as a civic and cultural hub for the community.
