Warooka Memorial Hall, located on Main Street in Warooka, South Australia, serves as a significant community hub. Established in 1928, it features a white marble foundation stone laid by the Honorable R.L. Butler, Premier of South Australia, on July 6, 1927. The hall houses several memorials, including the Warooka and District WW1 Honour Board, a copper plaque affixed to a Blackwood backing board, and the Warooka Memorial Hall Honour Roll, an ornate white marble plaque set on a wooden backing board. These memorials honor local residents who served in the World Wars. The hall's stained glass window commemorates Sergeant William Stanley Vigar, who was killed at Bullecourt, France, on May 6, 1917. The Warooka Progress Association, established on November 1, 1999, is associated with the hall. The hall continues to serve as a focal point for community events and gatherings.
