Nestled along Snowy Creek, The Walnuts Campground offers a serene retreat with spacious, grassy sites shaded by walnut trees. Accessible via the Omeo Highway, it's approximately 18 kilometers south of Mitta Mitta. The campground features picnic tables, fixed fireplaces, and rubbish bins. While there are no toilets, the nearby creek provides water that should be treated before consumption. Overnight camping is permitted, making it an ideal spot for fishing, photography, or simply relaxing amidst nature. Please note that mobile phone reception and internet access are limited in this area.
