Wallingat River campground

Nestled along the serene Wallingat River within Wallingat National Park, this campground offers 20 unmarked tent sites shaded by towering eucalypts. Visitors can enjoy swimming, fishing, and birdwatching, with sightings of cockatoos, wallabies, and possums. The area features picnic tables, wood barbecues (firewood not provided), and non-flush toilets. Please bring your own drinking and cooking water, as well as firewood. Access is via unsealed roads suitable for 2WD vehicles in dry conditions. This remote campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis; no bookings are required.
