Accommodating up to six guests, the house features three bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with two single beds—and two bathrooms. The spacious living area includes a pool table and two lounge areas, each equipped with a TV and DVD player. An enclosed pergola with a gas barbecue and outdoor dining set overlooks the water, while a five-minute walk leads to the white sands of Wallaroo North Beach.
