Wallaman Falls camping area, Girringun National Park

Set in open woodland adjacent to Stony Creek, Wallaman Falls camping area offers a serene retreat in Girringun National Park. Accessible by conventional vehicles, the site accommodates tents, camper trailers, campervans, and small motorhomes. Facilities include composting toilets, cold water showers, picnic tables, and wood-fired barbecues (BYO wood). Open fires are permitted in existing fire rings, except during fire bans. A public phone is available, but mobile coverage is limited. Camping permits are required and can be booked online. Please note, the camping area is temporarily closed for redevelopment from 9 May 2025, with completion expected in early July 2025.
