The Memorial Hall, with a polished floor and attractively decorated, accommodates approximately 300 people and features a stage with curtains, lighting, and a public address system. An adjoining registered commercial kitchen and supper room are available for smaller gatherings. The former council chambers now function as a meeting room, seating up to 40 individuals. Ample parking is available behind the complex, and the facility is fully accessible. Managed by the Hall Committee, a sub-committee of the Violet Town Action Group, the complex underwent a significant Eco-living retrofit between 2008 and 2010, showcasing sustainable building practices. The complex also houses the Violet Town Community House and the library, further enriching the community's offerings.
