Located at 32 Olympic Way, Sippy Downs, UniSC Arena is a nationally accredited, fully air-conditioned indoor sports facility with a seating capacity exceeding 3,000. Home to the Sunshine Coast Lightning, the region's first national sports team, the arena hosts their home games and training sessions. It also accommodates local school, grassroots athletes, and community groups. The venue features three courts each for netball, basketball, volleyball, and futsal; four badminton courts; an international-sized futsal court; an indoor hockey court; and a timber sports thrust floor. Additional amenities include six large changerooms, tiered spectator seating, a total floor area of 3,705 square metres, air-conditioning, broadcast-quality lighting, broadcast and performance analysis platforms, a video wall with six 75" LED screens, a netball-specific drop-in floor, a multi-purpose function room with AV facilities, and dedicated seating for people with disabilities.
