Ulooloo Creek

Ulooloo Creek, located near Hallett in South Australia's Mid North region, is a historically significant watercourse. Discovered by Surveyor General Captain Frome in 1843, it became the focal point of the Ulooloo goldfield during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The creek's fertile land supported the establishment of the Ulooloo pastoral station, renowned for its sheep farming and innovative agricultural practices.
