Nestled at 270 Queens Parade in Fitzroy North, Two:Bob offers a Scandinavian-inspired café experience in a transformed former bank building. The interior features soft white and cream tones, timber accents, ceramics, and abundant greenery, creating a light-filled, relaxed atmosphere. The menu emphasizes freshness and simplicity, with dishes like crumbed eggs with asparagus, salmon, herbs, and pine nuts; baked miso ocean trout with soba noodles; and wholegrain porridge with caramelized pineapple and coconut milk. Smooth coffee from St Ali complements the offerings. Open daily for breakfast and lunch, dine-in and take-away options are available. Operating hours are Monday to Saturday from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm, and Sunday from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm. Please note, deliveries are not offered. The café acknowledges the Wurundjeri and Boon Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation as the traditional owners of the land and respectfully recognizes Elders past and present.
