Tripod Track Lookout

The Tripod Track Lookout on North Stradbroke Island offers a rewarding 4WD adventure through dense bushland and sandy trails. Approximately 2.5 kilometers from the northern entrance, the lookout provides panoramic views of Moreton Island to the north and Jumpinpin to the south. The track is sandy, soft, and rutted, with exposed tree roots, making it suitable for experienced drivers. As a two-way track with blind corners, caution is advised. Access points are off East Coast Road in the north and Alfred Martin Way in the south.
