Established in 1882, the Townsville Showground is a historic venue located at 72–104 Ingham Road, West End, Queensland. It has been a central hub for showcasing North Queensland's pastoral, agricultural, and industrial products. The grounds feature a variety of structures, including exhibition halls, a grandstand, and livestock pavilions, many dating back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The annual Townsville Show, held in late June and early July, continues to draw large crowds, offering a range of entertainment and cultural activities.
