The 2025 event is scheduled for May 16–18, with operating hours from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on Friday and Sunday, and until 5:00 pm on Saturday. Tickets are available online, offering discounts not available at the gate. Limited parking is available adjacent to Reid Park, and only licensed assistance animals are permitted at the event.
