Torrens parkrun is a free, weekly 5-kilometer event held every Saturday at 8:00 AM along the picturesque Torrens River in North Adelaide. Participants of all ages and fitness levels are welcome to walk, jog, run, volunteer, or spectate. The course starts at the Torrens Lake Weir and follows paved paths, offering a scenic route through the area. Restrooms are available at the nearby par-3 golf kiosk. After the run, participants often gather for coffee at Plant 4 Bowden, fostering a strong sense of community.
