The 229-meter-long, 44-meter-high dam wall provides panoramic views of the lake and surrounding bushland. Visitors can enjoy picnicking, fishing, and various water sports, including boating, sailing, and canoeing. The area is equipped with picnic shelters, barbecues, and toilet facilities. Access to the dam is via an unsealed road; caution is advised during wet conditions. Entry is free, and the site is open 24 hours.
