Nestled at the northern end of Paradise Point, Tommy's Bar and Grill offers a relaxed waterfront oasis on Marina Promenade at Salacia Waters. Surrounded by beautiful boats and stunning sunsets, it provides a serene backdrop for guests. The expansive timber deck features high-bar seating ideal for groups and intimate settings, ensuring a memorable dining experience. The menu boasts Mediterranean-inspired share plates, including oysters, crispy calamari, seared scallops, and Cauldron Distillery gin-infused salmon. Main courses range from a hearty wagyu beef burger to crispy-skin salmon and linguine puttanesca. The drink selection includes over 40 fine wines, 55 cocktails, and 14 beers on tap. Entertainment options encompass live music, trivia, and music bingo nights, enhancing the vibrant atmosphere. Weekly specials feature Pizza & Pinot nights on Wednesdays, Mexicana night with beer and tacos on Thursdays, Bullet (lager) & Burger on Fridays, and a Sunday seafood spread with a dozen oysters and two glasses of Growers Gate Brut for $50.
