
Togara is a rural locality in Queensland's Central Highlands Region, covering approximately 1,149.8 square kilometers. As of the 2021 census, it has a population of 30 residents. The area is predominantly used for grazing on native vegetation, with some crop cultivation near the Comet River in the west. The South Blackwater coal mine is situated in the eastern part of Togara. The Comet River forms most of the western boundary, and the Blackwater railway system traverses the locality from north to south. Togara is accessible via the Blackwater Rolleston Road, connecting it to neighboring areas.
