Timboon West, VIC

Located approximately seven kilometers southwest of Timboon in south-western Victoria, the Timboon West Wind Farm features two Vestas V126 3.6 MW turbines, each with a hub height of 87 meters. With a total capacity of 7.2 MW, it generates enough renewable energy to power approximately 5,200 homes annually. The site was selected for its consistent wind speeds, proximity to the electrical grid, and large setbacks to nearby dwellings. The wind farm commenced operations in late 2018 and is owned and operated by Epic Energy.
