The Thursday Island Customs House, constructed in 1938, is a heritage-listed building located at 2 Victoria Parade, Thursday Island, Queensland. Designed by Harold Barker, it exemplifies the stripped Classical style of institutional architecture from the interwar period. The two-storey masonry structure features a hipped terracotta tile roof, projecting balconies, and timber shutters, reflecting its adaptation to the tropical climate. The building served as the customs office on the ground floor and the sub-collector's residence on the upper floor. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 7 February 2005.
