At The Yard. Newcastle, children aged 2 to 10 explore their creativity in a hands-on makerspace filled with real tools and materials. The space features areas for woodworking, circuitry, textile processes like sewing and weaving, Lego® Robotics, and more. Sessions are unstructured, allowing kids to engage at their own pace, fostering confidence, imagination, and independence. Workshops are available for both children and adults, offering opportunities to explore new materials and projects. The Yard also hosts casual visits, children's parties, and adult-only sessions for creative exploration.
