The contemporary cellar door, crafted with local stone and recycled hardwood, provides sweeping views of the estate's vineyards. Winemaker Daniel Wilson employs traditional techniques such as cold whole bunch pressing, whole bunch fermentations, and hand plunging to produce a range of estate-grown wines, including Riesling, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Zinfandel, and Merlot. A distinctive stone lookout adjacent to the cellar door adds to the venue's charm.
