Nestled in the foothills of Cradle Mountain, The Truffledore is a boutique truffle farm in Northwest Tasmania. Specializing in Australian Black Winter Truffles, harvested from June to August, the farm offers small group Hunt & Harvest tours. These four-hour experiences include a truffière tour with a harvester and truffle dog, followed by a four-course lunch featuring fresh truffle. Open for tastings and truffle product sales every Friday and Sunday from 11 am to 4 pm, The Truffledore also provides farm stay bed and breakfast accommodation in two self-contained cottages, allowing guests to immerse themselves in truffle farming life.
