
Nestled in the foothills of Tasmania's Great Western Tiers, The Truffle Farm Tasmania is Australia's first black truffle producer. Established in 1999 by the Terry family, the farm offers year-round truffle hunting experiences. Guests can join second-generation truffle farmer Anna and her trained dogs to unearth rare black truffles. Post-hunt, visitors enjoy fresh truffle pizzas or three-cheese truffle toasted sandwiches, complemented by Tasmanian wine or beer. The on-site farmgate shop, open daily from 10 am to 4 pm, sells fresh truffles and gourmet truffle products.
