Set on a private 250-acre peninsula in Dover, Tasmania, The Peninsula Experience offers two luxurious accommodations: the Cape House and the Boat House. The Cape House, a renovated turn-of-the-century farmhouse, features three king-sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious lounge with a wood-burning fireplace, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Guests can enjoy panoramic water views from the expansive timber deck, complete with a heated outdoor hot tub. The Boat House provides an intimate retreat for two, with a king-sized bedroom, a decadent bathroom, and a contemporary lounge and dining area. Both accommodations offer self-catering facilities and access to over 8 kilometers of private walking tracks through diverse habitats, including dry sclerophyll forest, buttongrass heathland, and tea tree wetland. The property is home to a rich diversity of Tasmanian wildlife, including wallabies, wombats, and over 70 bird species. The Peninsula Experience is managed by Essentially Tas.
