The Paddock Butchery, located at 224 Ruthven Street in North Toowoomba, is the region's only drive-thru butcher, offering a unique shopping experience. Since June 2020, it has provided high-quality, ethically raised, pasture-fed meats, small goods, and seasonal produce. The butchery sources beef and lamb from the Ellison family's 'Bellendaine' farm near Pittsworth, pork from local Queensland farms, and chicken from Lilydale Free Range Chicken. In addition to meats, customers can find fresh fruit and vegetables, pantry items, and ready-made meals. The on-site drive-thru service adds convenience to the shopping experience.
