The Neck Carpark

The Neck Carpark serves as the gateway to Bruny Island's renowned The Neck Game Reserve. From here, visitors can embark on a 279-step climb to the Truganini Lookout, offering panoramic 360-degree views of the isthmus connecting North and South Bruny Island. The area is a vital habitat for native wildlife, including short-tailed shearwaters and little penguins, best observed returning to their burrows at dusk from September to February.
