The Maltings, located at 2 Colo Street in Mittagong, NSW 2575, is a historic malthouse complex established in 1899 by the Malting Company of New South Wales. Designed by architect Timothy T. Connor, the complex comprises three malthouses constructed between 1899 and 1916. Over the years, it underwent several expansions and repairs, including rebuilding after fires in 1942 and 1969. In 1981, production ceased, and the site was sold. In 2019, Halcyons Hotels acquired the property with plans to retain the exterior while transforming the interior into a multi-use facility. The site is currently fenced off, preventing public access.
