The Hawks Nest Tea Gardens Progress Association Inc. is a community-driven organization dedicated to enhancing the Myall Coast region. Established in 2004, it serves as a unified voice for residents, advocating for local development, environmental preservation, and the well-being of the community. The association actively supports various projects, including the Myall River Art Walk, which features over 40 installations along a 2.8 km trail connecting Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest. Regular meetings are held every second month, fostering collaboration among members to address local issues and promote community engagement.
