The Forge Pizzeria

Located in a historic red brick building in Ballarat's town center, The Forge Pizzeria offers a warm, industrial-chic atmosphere with exposed-brick walls. Established in 2010 by brothers Chris and Tim Matthews, the pizzeria honors their grandfather, a local blacksmith, by utilizing a traditional wood-fired oven to craft wood-fired pizzas. The menu features a variety of gourmet pizzas, handmade pastas, fresh salads, and delectable desserts like their signature tiramisu. With a fully serviced 200-seat restaurant, The Forge Pizzeria provides a welcoming environment for both locals and visitors.
