Established in 1916, the Elmhurst Bush Nursing Centre is a government-funded, not-for-profit facility dedicated to promoting health and well-being in the communities of Elmhurst, Landsborough, Crowlands, Glenlofty, Glenpatrick, and Amphitheatre. Located at 36 Green Street, Elmhurst VIC 3469, it offers a range of services, including primary health care, emergency nursing, district nursing, palliative care, post-acute care, community health education, pathology collection, health screenings, blood pressure and sugar monitoring, health service referrals, medical equipment supply, and support for the hearing and vision impaired. Visiting services such as physiotherapy and podiatry are also available. Operating Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, the Centre is committed to delivering high-standard, accessible healthcare and lifestyle programs that meet community needs.
