Executive Chef Dan Rudolf, with experience in both local and international Michelin-starred establishments, crafts seasonal menus highlighting organic, locally sourced produce. Signature dishes include Moreton Bay Bug, Pipi Spaghettini, and 12-hour slow-cooked ribs. Open daily from 7:00 am to late, with a kitchen break from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
