Established in the 1880s and expanded in 1924, The Bucking Bull Hotel is Coonamble's oldest surviving hotel, showcasing Federation Arts and Crafts architecture. Known for its cold beer since 1889, it offers a variety of on-tap options, including Tooheys New, XXXX Gold, Hahn SuperDry, Hahn 3.5, Great Northern, Victoria Bitter, Two Suns, and their own brew, "Bull's P*ss." The Hungry Bull Pizza is served daily from 6 pm, with a menu featuring pizzas, parmi, pub grub, and nightly specials. Entertainment includes regular DJs in the expansive beer garden with fire pits, a full-size slate pool table, and a jukebox with thousands of tracks. The hotel also hosts a pool competition every Sunday. Notably, it is not pet-friendly.
