Located in Tatura, Victoria, the Tatura Irrigation and Wartime Camps Museum showcases a unique collection of artifacts from seven World War II Prisoner of War and Internment Camps in the Tatura and Rushworth areas. The museum also features exhibits on the history of irrigation in the Goulburn Valley, as well as local industries and family histories of Tatura and the surrounding district. Notable items include 54 works of art by Leonhard Adam, sketches by Georg Rosenkranz, and numerous handcrafted wooden items and clothing made by internees. The museum is open daily from 1 pm to 3 pm, except on Christmas Day and Good Friday. Admission is $5 for adults and $2 for children under 16. Bus and group bookings are available by arrangement.
