It houses a state-of-the-art marine research and education center, approved by Marine Safety Victoria, offering training and assessment services for commercial maritime and recreational boating. The facility also provides Conservation and Land Management and Forest Management courses, preparing students for careers in the timber, forestry, and horticulture industries. Additionally, it hosts regular first aid courses and supports blended delivery students.
