Sue Islet

Sue Islet, also known as Warraber, is the middle island of The Three Sisters in the Torres Strait, Queensland, Australia. This coral cay is rich in traditional foods like wongai and coconuts, and its warm waters and coral reefs are home to fish, turtles, and dugongs. The island's inhabitants, part of the Kulkalaig people, maintain traditional lifestyles, including hunting, dancing, and feasting. The primary language is Brokan, with Kulkalgau Ya as the traditional language. The island observes the "Coming of the Light" on July 1 each year, commemorating the introduction of Christianity in 1871.
