Strickland Falls

Strickland Falls, located just off Strickland Avenue in South Hobart, is a picturesque 4-meter waterfall on the Hobart Rivulet, approximately a 10-minute drive from central Hobart. The short walk to the falls involves crossing a creek over slippery rocks, making sturdy footwear essential. The area is popular among photographers due to its lush rainforest surroundings and the soothing sound of cascading water. While the track is generally distinct, visitors should be cautious of fallen debris and other obstacles. Dogs on leashes are permitted, but the area is not suitable for caravans or campervans.
