Stockyard Creek is a historic locality in South Australia's Mid North region, situated between Hamley Bridge and Owen. Established in 1880 along the Hamley Bridge to Balaklava railway line, it was named after the stockyards once used by C.B. Fisher. The area includes the former Stockyard Creek railway station, which ceased passenger services in 1982 and freight services in 2005. Today, Stockyard Creek offers a glimpse into the region's rich railway heritage and rural landscapes.
