St Mary's Wines, nestled 15 kilometers west of Penola in South Australia's Terra Rossa region, is a family-owned boutique winery and distillery. Established in 1985, it produces premium red wines from estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Pinot Noir. The cellar door, open daily from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, offers tastings amidst meticulously crafted gardens featuring dry stone walls, paths, artworks, and a vibrant array of roses, flowers, shrubs, and trees. In 2015, the winery expanded into spirits, introducing award-winning rums, vodkas, and gins.
