Sri Selva Vinayakar Koyil (Ganesha Temple)

Nestled in the serene surroundings of South Maclean, Queensland, Sri Selva Vinayakar Koyil is a vibrant Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Ganesha. Established in 1995, the temple showcases traditional South Indian architecture, featuring a prominent gopuram adorned with intricate carvings. The main deity, Lord Ganesha, is flanked by idols of Lord Shiva, Parvati, Vishnu, and Subramanya Swamy. Devotees can also find representations of the Navagraha and Lord Bhairava at the temple's entrance. Regular poojas are conducted, with morning sessions from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and evening sessions from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM on weekdays, and extended hours on weekends. The temple also hosts various cultural and religious events throughout the year, fostering a strong sense of community among its visitors.
