Speewah Regional Park Campground

Nestled within the tranquil rainforest of Speewah Conservation Park, the campground offers a serene retreat just 42 kilometers northwest of Cairns. Accessible by conventional vehicles, it features three individual multi-use sites and a spacious communal tent-only area, all set amidst lush greenery. Amenities include picnic tables, gas barbecues, and wheelchair-accessible flush toilets with cold showers. The campground serves as a gateway to Barron Gorge National Park's extensive walking tracks, making it an ideal base for nature enthusiasts. Please note, camping permits are required and fees apply.
