Spear Creek Holiday Park

Nestled at the foothills of the Flinders Ranges, Spear Creek Holiday Park offers a unique outback experience on a 21,000-acre working sheep station. Located 25 kilometers southeast of Port Augusta, the park provides a range of accommodations, including powered, unpowered, and bush camping sites, as well as self-contained bungalows and shearer's quarters. Guests can enjoy walking trails through deep gorges, leading to panoramic views of the upper Spencer Gulf. The park is home to diverse wildlife, including kangaroos, echidnas, and over 85 bird species. Amenities feature a fully equipped kitchen, two shower and toilet blocks, coin-operated laundry, and a dining hall. Fresh Saltbush Dorper Lamb is available for purchase at the park office.
